Fine-root production, mortality, and standing stock from minirhizotron measurements, AmazonFACE site

Abstract

Fine-root length and diameter measured from minirhizotron images collected at AmazonFACE plots, Manaus, Brazil, from November 2016 through December 2017. calculated values of root productivity, mortality, and standing crop, and associated files necessary for converting length and diameter to biomass.
